 IP/Formation new version
Since October 25, 2023, IP/Formation has moved to a new version, adding accounts to simplify the management and monitoring of purchases and training.
However, we know that this may bring some questions, so we have made this F.A.Q. available to you for the questions we often receive by email or telephone.

 Copy or note the access code as well as the verification code.
In the 'Training access' page open the 'Add an access to a training' menu then enter the codes.
Once confirmed, the training will be added to your account.

 The User can purchase training courses with one access per training course for themselves only.
The Business account can purchase multiple participants, can manage and assign these purchases, as well as track his participants and access their certificates .

 1.A - Codes in person ( -> ): Give the acces and verification codes directly to the person.
1.B - Assigned codes in person ( -> ) : Assign the training in the 'Manage your access to training' menu without indicating an email, then give the codes directly to the person.
2 - Sending by email ( -> ): Assign in the menu ' Manage your access to training' training while indicating the participant's email address.

 1-Quick access: The participant logs in in the 'Training Code' section of the login page.
2-By adding the access to an IP/Training account: The participant connects to his account then in the 'Training access' page adds the code in the 'Add an access to a training' menu. Confirmation of identity may be required.
